Optionally as a Windows service it regularly scans and replaces characters allowed by Macintosh but forbidden in windows file names. Optionally as a Windows service it regularly scans and replaces characters allowed by Macintosh but forbidden in windows file names. For the files stored on Mac volumes of NT/2000/XP servers shared by Macintosh and Windows clients, the truncate to 31 characters function allows to view these files from Macintosh more friendly than DOS shortnames. Can rename files andalso sub-folders. Can analyze batches of Macintosh files signatures in selected folders. Setting time interval for update.
