Disc Storage is a user-friendly application for cataloging groups of ten, hundreds or even thousands disks. The main feature of the program is ability to access any disk's content even if then it is inaccessible at the time. Disc Storage does not use any trird-party database engines, its catalogs has small size, so they can be easily transferred to another computer using physical carrier or through Internet.
A powerful feature is the scanning of packed files (ZIP, CAB, RAR etc.). This allows you to add information from archives into databases - searching in archives does not make the problem.
Disc Storage uses intuitive easy-to-use explorer-like interface. Most operations can be performed using hot keys, which can be redefined.
Disc Storage also has ability to create customizable professionally looking reports in different file formats.
All disk types which can be accessible as a drive in Microsoft Windows environment are supported, so you can catalog disks of all known types (CD and DVD disks, hard drives, ZIP and JAZZ drives and so on).
