Spam-Aid
Spam-Aid is a POP3 email utility that deletes messages from people you don't know. The message is accepted only if a message is from a sender in your Windows Address Book, or has a subject that includes a word or phrase that you specify.

MailQuickFile is an Outlook add-in that helps you file your emails with a click.
Each time you select an email, its toolbar suggests the most likely folder for that message. Just click the button, and the message is put in the right folder.
