There's even a Co-Browse feature that allows operators to view the exact page the visitor is viewing on the website at that moment. Other features include, Link Referrer Tracking and Navigation History, Chat Survey Generator, Page Push, Secure Chats, Operator Initiated Chat, Spell Check, Canned Responses and more. All data is stored in the included Microsoft SQL Database allowing instant retrieval of visitor history as well as previous chat transcripts. Written in .NET and using the latest Microsoft Technology, SightMax is cost effective, easy to use and setup.
