'DocManager' is a flexible and extensible three level document management VBA Add-In. Once a document (*.doc, *.xml, *.htm,*.txt, etc.) is selected it can be opened, inserted or previewed.
The first level contains the main index groups (a maximum of 8 allowed).
The second level contains an unlimited number of sub-category documents groups .
The third level contains descriptions and file names of the actual documents.

The first level contains the main index groups, displayed as radio buttons (a maximum of 8 allowed).
The second level contains an unlimited number of sub-category documents groups displayed in a list box.
The third level contains descriptions and document names (in brackets at the end) of the actual documents in each sub-category displayed in a list box.

Using advanced dynamic data structures, the performance of large Document Structures [ Tested up to 60 Categories containing 5000 documents ] is instantaneous [ under 1 second ] using a Dell Precision 340 workstation [ P4 1.7 with 512mg memory], which is considered to be a base Office workstation configuration.
Using the 'DocManager Editor', accessed from the 'Edit' button on the main 'DocManager' window, complex document structures can be created and later edited.
